Chicken Fingers

Our Story

Chicken Fingers was born out of a dream to develop and serve the “Best Chicken Fingers in America”. The first order of business was coming up with a product that could pass the taste test. This was truly a labor of love and a family affair. Children and grandchildren were the first official taste testers. Family would gather on Sunday afternoons after church to taste the latest variation of PaPa’s chicken. There were numerous good and not as good variations until one day the unanimous vote came and the recipe stuck. 

Now that the chicken debate had been settled, the question of what to do with it came up. Many would have been happy keeping it to ourselves, but the question of “What would others think and could this be the basis for a restaurant” lingered. Finally, the decision was made to give it a go. What would we call this place? Well, we serve chicken fingers, chicken fingers on a salad, a chicken finger sandwich, and a buffalo chicken (finger) wrap. The name should be simple like the menu and the overall concept. Chicken Fingers was opened in May of 2017. 

Though we are now serving the “Best Chicken Fingers in America” to the masses, some things remain constant. We strive to serve a quality product consistently in a clean environment with friendly customer service.
